Following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting (AGM), the AMRA NSW Committee will hold a Members Forum to provide members with updates on the Association's activities, discuss future plans and invite feedback and suggestions.
The forum provides an opportunity for members to engage directly with the Committee, share ideas and contribute to the ongoing improvement and development of our Association.
Topics for discussion will include:
Membership and Facility Fees – Review of the current membership and facility fee structures, including discussion of future considerations to support the Association's ongoing operational and financial sustainability.
Layout and Clubroom Updates – Updates on our model railway layouts, clubroom facilities, recent improvements, maintenance activities and proposed future projects.
Future Events and Activities – Discussion of upcoming events, exhibitions, open weekends and other opportunities to encourage member participation and promote our Association to the wider community.
Open Discussion and Member Feedback – An opportunity for members to raise questions, share suggestions, discuss concerns and provide feedback on matters relating to the Association and its operations.
The Committee encourages all members to participate in the forum, as your feedback and involvement are important in helping shape the future direction of AMRA NSW.
Please note: The Members Forum is an informal discussion session and is separate from the formal business of the AGM. Matters raised may be considered by the Committee for further review and action where appropriate.
